This lovely river front space has four bedrooms with Queen beds, two bathrooms and a kitchen. There is also a trundle bed for an extra guest or child. The full kitchen and laundry give you all the comforts of home while on vacation. The home is located in the breathtaking Oregon countryside surrounded by trees, mountains, wineries and water. Enjoy the views and quiet setting in this serene getaway.

This property has two units on site. The spa pool is designated only for the Cottage or the House and Cottage rental combined.

There is no river access from this property.

- This is non-smoking / non-vaping property. Smoking is permitted outside, ten feet or more from any entry.
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Reserving guest agrees to limit the number of guests indicated to the number of guests agreed to in the reservation. Should the reserving guest bring additional guests, the primary guest agrees to pay the related fees associated with each guest. Charges are $25 per guest, per day, after two guests. Reserving guest agrees to the maximum amount of nine guests.
