All short-term renters must park on the rental property, in the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
OCCUPANCY OCCUPANCY LIMIT: 4
Total overnight occupancy is 4. Total daytime guests is a maximum of 8 people (including the overnight
guests). Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both.
PROHIBITED USES NO PARTIES or EVENTS.
Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats,
conferences, or wedding receptions.
NOISE QUIET HOURS 10P – 10A
We know you have good taste in music, but your neighbors might not. So turn down the volume and
keep ALL noise to a minimum. Guests are advised to adhere to quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
Solid fuel burning outdoors is prohibited in the Mountain Region. Keep indoor/outdoor area free of
hazardous conditions at all times. See indoor fireplace instructions located next to fireplace.
Pets are required to be leashed or kept in an enclosed area on the property at all times. Pick up after
your dogs, be respectful to keep off furniture. More details under rules & regulations.
Remove all trash and recycling from home. Trash goes out on Sunday night and comes in on Monday morning. There is a $100 fine by the HOA if tenants fail to do so.
GARAGE: The garage door is to remain closed and not left in the open position per HOA rules.
