This luxurious custom home, just 1 block from Loreto Bay’s private beach features 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a game room with a ping pong table and entertainment center. Travel up one floor to the main living area featuring 4 separate outside patio areas including an outdoor kitchen and one with a fire pit, lots of comfortable seating and plenty of space to spread out. Inside you’ll find a custom kitchen to enjoy your culinary desires. A full living room with an ornate fireplace, comfortable seating and a half bath, as well as a dining table set by the large doors that open to the cool breeze of the Sea of Cortez will enhance your home in paradise. Venture to the top tower for either a sunrise view over Carmen Island or an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Sierra de la Gigantic mountains.

The location and dwelling was lovely. The home is lacking a "how to" manual about the location. We had a number of questions and I had to contact Juniper about this, also the kitchen door was in need of repair on our second last day. Outside of these concerns, we were happy with our stay in this home.
