Description

The Blue Moon Cottage is attached to the main home but has two private entrances. It offers a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, a separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a full bath with shower/tub combination and a private patio. There is also a flat screen television in the living room.The futon sofa in the living room opens to a full size bed, so the Cottage can host up to four guests. The Cottage is the perfect place for families with children of all ages.

History...
Originally built as a farmhouse in the 1890’s, our Ashland, Oregon Inn has been hosting visitors to the area since 1991. It was named The Mouse Trap Inn as a nod to a historic (and now defunct) pine mousetrap factory in the city which once supplied 90% of the nation’s traps! Of course, with Ashland’s theatrical history, many visitors associate the name with Agatha Christie’s famous play (which ran on London’s West End for more than forty years). The inn changed names in 2002 when the then-owner named the inn after the Rogers and Hart song “Blue Moon”.
